Miller Park Lodge

Message: The room was quite nice. The location of the place was amazing. However, I would dock it a star and half for service. Alas, a can't do halves here. To check into the hotel all you need is a code they email days ahead of time. No need to talk to front desk staff to check in. Fine. UNLESS you walk into your room and find that the only light that works is the one in the bathroom. The number for the hotel went unanswered because there was no one working the front desk. There was no emergency number provided. That was kind of annoying. I understand being understaffed and maybe not wanting to get "emergency" calls from guests, but in this day and age I was annoyed that I could not get a hold of anyone. Thankfully, someone was at the desk the next morning and they were able to take care of the lights. The problem - breaker switch was off.

Message: My experience was awesome, the accommodation was amazing and clean. Excellent service, the agent went above and beyond. I will definitely come back and would recommend this place. Thanks for the experience.. very very clean and nice location.

Message: Rooms are ok, beds are barely ok, there's no dresser or anywhere to put your clothes, and the staff is unfriendly. I won't stay here again.

Message: Pretty decent place at affordable price with scenic views. Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Motel overall seems a little unfinished from outside but no complaints with the room or service.

Message: Stayed one night. Doesn’t look like much from outside, but the room was updated, nice bed and bedding and a surprise jet tub-I did not get a chance to use. It is a good value :basic accommodations done right.

Message: Great location in downtown Jackson! The room was clean and spacious with a fireplace and the hotel was well priced. We could walk everywhere in town and it was a short drive to Grand Teton NP.

Message: Great stay in Jackson. The front desk was weird when checking in, it felt like an office rather than reception. Our family room was huge and had everything we needed. The floors were really really dirty though, needed a vacuum and mopping. You can also hear the footsteps of those upstairs but it wasn't too bad.

Message: Nice room. A little unfinished but still a passable room for the evening. Bed was soft and comfy. Two things that could be improved, 1. Air-conditioning could be in a better location. It is right on top of one of the beds and is not strong enough to cool the room adequately. It is just a cheap window unit not rated for that space. 2. The finish of the room was rough and no attention to detail given in terms of painting and workmanship. 3. Check in details are clear but checkout details are missing. Great remote check in proceed but need the same for checkout.. Otherwise, this is a nice spot to stay very close to everything and walk to town.
