Message: Very nice hotel, totally exceeded our expectations. Since I arrived at the hotel after 11pm in the middle of the night, the front desk of the hotel closed at 11pm, but I called in advance and told me that the room cards and bills of the four rooms had been sealed in envelopes and placed in a transparent box at the entrance of the hotel lobby. Pick it up after arriving at the hotel That's it. After arriving, I got the room cards smoothly. One of the room cards had a problem. I called the front desk for emergency calls. After 10 minutes, a handsome guy came to the hotel to help deal with the room cards. I was very touched.

Message: Outside of Vegas suites this is the best hotel I've used. Big spacious rooms. Clean. Appears to be recently remodeled. Housekeeping was great! My only complaint would be the obnoxious green flashing lights on the fire alarm. (Flashes continually, makes it harder to sleep) But that is out of their control. Definitely plan to stay again in the future. Close to downtown and events.

Message: This is the perfect place to stay in Jackson. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. I was super impressed with the friendly staff and their willingness to answer any question I had. The Inn is conveniently located across the street from the bus stop if you need to get to Jackson Hole Resort and just a few blocks from all of the downtown restaurants and shopping.

Message: This little doesn’t look like much on the outside but it is a wonderful little hotel. Conveniently located to downtown Jackson for shopping and food. All within walking distance. Jackson Hole for skiing is about 20-30 minute drive (its not bad at all). Close to the elk reserve. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very clean. Very spacious rooms with an outside door convenient for parking but also an hallway door if you want to try and avoid the cold as much as possible. Helpful for our stay with the coldest being -24

Message: Basic but clean and everything you need. Breakfast not included but can buy breakfast and other items in lobby. Have to ask for prices; not listed. One lane lap pool, hot tub, gym are a short walk outside to adjoining building.

Message: Room was nice and clean, front desk staff were awesome! Just a 30min drive from the ski resort, and they have great saunas! My only complaint is that the mattresses in room 106 could've been newer/harder - there was definitely a groove that my body wanted to roll into!
