Message: We ended up staying here at the last minute because of a concert. The room was huge! We had a king suite, which was really nice and also had a balcony. It was pretty pricey because of the concert going on that weekend. It would have been nice if the office was open at night where maybe you could get some snacks or something. That would be my only complaint. Overall, it seems like a pretty nice hotel.

Message: Nice cute hotel located one block from town square. Check in was nice and easy. Friendly check in staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. Little balcony was perfect to sit on and enjoy. The beds could be a little softer and the coffee could be better but all in all a great spot and great motel.

Message: Best customer service ever. Reception staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Prices, compared the local competition, are great.. Rooms are dated though. If you have the time to wait for the elevator, you discover it sounds almost as bad as the 1 dryer on site.. But I would still come back.

Message: Do not be fooled, this is THE BEST SPOT to stay in Jackson. Ideal location with its walking distance to everything in Jackson Square including: The Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, Roadhouse Brewery, and and anything else you want in regards to shopping and dining! We went to a concert at the Center of the Arts and we were less than a minute walk away from that as well! They have developed a new wing of the hotel and those units are really awesome. We had a king suite and it was extremely spacious with a private balcony and a view of Pearl Ave and the ski resort. Our unit had a microwave and a mini fridge which was awesome for us to have left overs. The staff also cleaned our rooms everyday and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this spot and we will be back in the future.

Message: Solid 2 star hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and I could feel the springs. As a 2 star it's a bit dated and basic but less expensive and gets the job done. Clean. Nice efficient front desk staff.

Message: Location is great. Right downtown. A little grocery market next door, if you're only needing a few essentials. It is across the street from the fire dept., so you are risking a mid-night wake up. Rooms are alright. Internet is alright. Off-street parking. No complaints so far.

Message: The staff here is fantastic! Give them an raise! Everyone is super friendly. The issue is the hotel itself. It is very dated and looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. The internet here is horrible. I am pretty close to the lobby and my wifi connection is pretty weak. The door is drafty too.
